Both companies announced they will be launching a co-branded credit card, which will offer loyalty rewards to Timmie Fans and CIBC clients.
This exciting new Tim Hortons credit card is set to launch in May of this year and will act as two cards in one. The card will function both as a CIBC Visa credit card and a Tim Hortons loyalty card.
Cardholders will accumulate Tim Cash rewards for all purchases made on the credit card, which can then be redeemed instantly using the exact same card at participating Tim Hortons locations to purchase coffee or any other Tim Hortons goodies.
