Since everybody has a different credit profile and spending habits, we don't provide individual card research. Think about how you will use the card and find one that best meets your needs.
What information do I need to apply for a credit card?
You will need to supply basic information about yourself including your name, address, Social Insurance Number, and employment details.
Can I apply for more than one card?
Yes, you can apply for multiple cards. Most people have more than one credit card in their wallet. However, issuers may decline your application if they feel you have too much outstanding credit available relative to your income level.
How long will it take to receive an application decision?
While some cards offer instant approval, other may take several weeks. Generally, people with excellent credit will receive faster responses.
Help! I have a question about my account.

How does Credit Cards Canada earn revenue?
This is an ad driven website, meaning we earn revenue through advertisements and affiliate partnerships. Some card companies on this site pay us for referring customers. The referral fees do not influence our reviews of cards.
