I think you forgot the mother of all annual fees with the Amex Centurion black card. I’ve heard the annual fee is around $5000!
$2,500 CDN a year, according to the Wikipedia entry. The Amex Centurion card is available by invitation only, and the T&Cs are not available online so I can’t verify. I’d love to hear from a cardholder though!
