American Express has long been known for its charge cards, and now the company is offering true credit cards. This card, with its 19.99% interest rate, is fairly standard for a Canadian credit card. You will, though, need good credit to qualify for this card. AmEx isn't known for providing cards that help you establish credit or rebuild damaged credit. You will need excellent credit to apply successfully for this card.
