Object : Prepaid credit card with cashback for a non profit organistion

Hello,

I am a senior professional advice in support organizations. I created a non profit association providing services to people with a website to enable them to share their knowledges and experiences in environmental protection and sustainable development.

My association is recruiting more and more members.

To pay the costs of operation and administration of this association, we thought that each member uses a card with prepaid credit discounts (%) on their purchases.

These rebates are deposited into the PayPal account of this non-profit association.

I'm sure it exists and I would appreciate to have details about it.
