Is there a credit card out there that offers rewards, a low interest rate without the annual fee?

Go to the main page and click on "Rewards".  Look down the columns "APR" and "Annual Fee".  In terms of low interest, good luck.  Remember this is a credit card.  Pay your bills on time and live within your means.  There's your low interest...0%.

Thanks for the help!  I wish I could pay my bills on time, but it seems like more money goes out than comes in.  That's why I need a low interest card.

There are a couple of credit cards that come to mind when offering a low interest rate and rewards, but have yet to find one without the annual free.  A BMO airmiles mastercard offers one without the annual fee and a lower interest one for a $35 annual fee.  There is also a platinum mastercard from Capital One.  The best way to find a credit card with rewards and minimal annual fees is research.
