When you use your MasterCard credit card to get cash from an ATM, your credit card company will treat that as a cash advance. Typically, cash advances do not have a "grace period" which means interest starts accruing from the date the withdrawal was made.  Additionally, you may be charged a foreign transaction fee for using your card abroad. Hope this helps!
