You'll need to find your credit card carriers website online first (do a Google search).  Then look for a login or register button.  Usually on the upper right corner.  You should be able to register from your computer (they ask a bunch of boring questions to establish your identity).  Once you get a username and password you are ready to login and check out your account and bills.  Sometimes they may want you to come into the bank to get things set up.  Good luck!
